1. No exchange or return:
- It is not permitted to exchange or return any Rio product purchased from the application or from the online store.
2. Product quality:
- We guarantee that all our products comply with high quality standards and undergo strict procedures to ensure their safety and suitability for use.
3. Exceptions:
- In the event of a product quality issue or manufacturing defect, please contact customer service to submit complaints or inquiries. Each case will be handled individually to ensure your satisfaction.
4. Take necessary action:
- If a product is found to have an actual problem, we will take appropriate action to address the issue, including providing a replacement if necessary.
5. Reconnection:
The customer's failure to respond to the shipping company after contacting him three times will result in the shipment being returned to the factory according to the agreement concluded with the shipping company. Accordingly, the customer bears the full shipping cost in this case, even if the order exceeds 300 riyals and includes the free shipping offer. The customer has the right to request a re-delivery by paying a new delivery fee or request a return with a deduction of the delivery cost.
6. Express Delivery Policy:
We provide express delivery within 2 to 6 hours through a company specializing in instant delivery.
However, if we encounter any logistical, traffic, or operational obstacles beyond our control, the order will be delivered via the primary delivery company, whose delivery time ranges between two and six days.
The amount paid for the express delivery service is non-refundable if the order is transferred to another delivery company, and the higher cost will be calculated without change.
